My 7 links

Today, a post that has nothing to do with “baby-friendly” Paris, except baby’tems blog has been nominated for this project by Shelly Rivoli, writer of the (always full of usefull tips and advices!) Travelswithbaby blog and Travels with baby books.

And the “7 most” is a tricky exercice for me as this blog is rather a directory of usefull baby-friendly addresses in Paris, supporting baby’tems, baby equipment rental in Paris and anywhere in France website. However I’m happy to jump into this exercice:

1. Most beautiful post:
Keith Haring at the Musée en Herbe presenting this museum dedicated to children from 2-year old onwards and that is so friendly to toddlers!

2. Most popular post:
Can I visit Paris museums with my strollers… is definitively the most successfull post.

3. Most controversial post:
No doubt, “Take a taxi with baby in Paris” is the one here…due to the content of it (yes, this is true, no car seats in Parisian taxis…)

4. Most helpful post:
Rather a group of posts here (but I’ll link to one only…use the tag “changing baby” and you’ll get all of them at once…) answering the key question…where can I change baby in Paris?

5. A post whose success surprised me:
Can I take the bus with a stroller? post – still regularly read and shared (I’m still surprised this is not explained in family Paris travel guides…)

6. A post I feel didn’t get the attention it deserved:
Best family travel advices post … linking to a (so!) usefull website for families travelling all around the world.

7. The post that I’m most proud of:
The parents-baby workshop at the Middle-Age museum article as it helped sharing an unusual workshop for the whole family in the heart of Paris. At the time I wrote this article, it was totally unknown.

And it is now my turn to nominate. So I’m happy to nominate (there are few I’d have liked to nominate…but this has already been done by others…):

  • Luvaville – for family travels to Paris, London, Copenhagen, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona
  • Ma Poussette à Paris (in french) – a French mum testing various activities with toddler in Paris
  • Colleen’s blog – usefull tips and advices for visiting Paris
  • Le blog de Mondizen (in french), the expatriates online shop – I particularly recommand reading of “tour du monde des blogs” (blogs around the world).
  • Vers une articulation des temps de vie (in french) – for a better work-private balance in our working lifes
