Baby equipment rental - how does it work?

To make your baby gear reservation online in a few clicks:

  1. I select the product(s) I need, enter start and end rental dates, rental cost is displayed, depending on exact rental length, I click on "I rent" ; and redo this step for each product. After full selection is done, I click on "Show cart".

  2. in the cart, I create an account: enter invoice address, eventually a delivery an pick up address if different from the invoice one ; I add my preferred delivery and pick up times (delivery in Paris and suburbs only, for delivery outside this area please refer to below delivery and pick up informations) ; I select my delivery method if several are proposed (Paris and suburbs only). 

  3. I choose my payment method and proceed payment. 

  4. within 24h (working days), we'll contact you back to confirm product(s) availability, delivery and pick-up details. 

  5. we deliver the booked baby items at agreed delivery time slot ; at end of rental period, we'll pick up baby items at agreed time slot.

Baby equipment rental: products

What equipment can I hire?

We offer a wide range of products (pushchairs/strollers, high chairs, baby loungers, car seats...even toys). Nearly 30 different products are available.

Our products are all from well-known international brands (Graco, Chicco, Babymoov...) and comply with European standards. The equipment rented is purchased new and kept in very good condition. 

Instrucions for use are supplied systematically. 

How do you clean the equipment? 

After each baby equipment rentals, our equipment is carefully inspected and disinfected. We use organic products used in nurseries.

What is the difference between Graco Junior Mini and Chicco Proxima car seats ?

Only minor differences. You can rent indifferently one or the other of these products, their fonctionalities are similar. If one model is not available for the requested period, we'll suggest you the othe
r model (in no case, we'll deliver a different model without informing you).

Baby equipment rental: delivery and collection

How do you deliver and pick up?

In Ile-de-France (Paris and surrounding cities), delivery and collection is done by ourselves, Monday - Sunday, between 7:00 am till 9:00 pm. 
You do let us know your preferred delivery and pick up slot while booking online. 
While confirming your reservation, we confirm delivery and pick up slots if available or proposed you a different time slot.

In other regions, delivery and collection are done by our carrier TNT.
Delivery is usually done Monday - Friday (except bank holidays), in the morning between 8:00 and 1:00 pm (some larger cities are delivered on Saturday morning as well). Smaller cities/ villages are delivered in the morning or in the afternoon (between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm).  

You can check delivery days on TNT website tnt.fr (choose Cliquez-Envoyez).

If you're out at delivery time or if TNT can not reach your address, driver delivers parcels to the nearest "Relais Colis" (shops in your area). You're notified in your mailbox or by text message (French mobile numbers only). 
You can request a delivery to a "Relais Colis" - please check address and opening times on tnt.fr 

Pick up are done at your address only, Monday - Friday only (except bank holidays), between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. In smaller cities/ villages, pick up is done in the morning or beginning of the afternoon (between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm).

Pick up can not be done in Relais Colis. You can however drop parcels to the nearest TNT logistic plateform. 

We do confirm TNT delivery and pick up conditions for your specific reservation when confirming your baby equipment booking. 

Important: for delivery / pick up at /from your address, someone needs to be present during the full time slot confirmed at reservation confirmation. 

We do not deliver to train stations and airports (outside Ile de France/Paris area).
We do deliver and pick up in Paris CDG, Orly airporits and Paris train stations.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We deliver everywhere in France. However conditions vary for Ile de France region and other regions of France.

For Ile de France region (=Paris + suburbs -postcodes starting with 75, 92, 93, 94, 95, 91, 77, 78), our delivery rates (including pick-up) are:
* €20 including VAT for any order for less than €120, delivered within the Ile-de-France region (=Paris + suburbs -postcodes starting by 75, 92, 93, 94, 95, 91, 77, 78)
* free of charge for any order in excess of € 120 including VAT (rental costs plus product purchases). (does not apply to delivery and pick up in Paris airports and 77 department (including Disneyland Paris area).
* €20 extra is charged for delivery and/or pick up in Paris airports and 77 department (including Disneyland Paris area).

For other regions, rates are calculated according to order weight and number of parcels. Amount is confirmed in your cart, after you've provided delivery and collection address(es).

Rate includes delivery AND collection and is constant wherever the address (outside Ile de France/Paris area).
As an indication, delivery and collection rate is 59,00 € for a travel cot ; 118,00 € for a travel cot + high chair.

We currently do not deliver to Corsica nor outside France. (but we'll be happy to share partner details if available).

Baby equipment rental: making a reservation

What languages do you speak?

We speak English and French.

How to order?

Select first baby item, select start and end dates. Exact rental cost is calculated (excluding delivery and collection fee). Add the product to the cart by clicking "I rent".
Select next products the same way. Don't forget to also add supplies and accessories if you need any.
Once you've added all products in the cart, register. At this stage, you'll let us know delivery and collection details. Delivery and collection fee are calculated in your cart. 
Confirm each step (delivery and collection details, payment details).
Process payment of your reservation.
Within 24h (working days), we'll confirm you product availability together with delivery and collection informations and will detail following steps.
Few days before delivery, we'll come back to you to finalize your delivery if needed.

Our website allows online booking at least 3 days in advance. If you want to make a reservation within 3 days or even a last minute booking, please email or call us. 

What payment ways do you accept?

Baby equipment rentals and purchased products amount are payable by card, Paypal, or cheque cashable in France.

Please provide a valid identifcation card with for any payment by cheque.

How shall I process deposit? 

We'd like to work on trust with you, in respect of the baby items. We thus do not request deposit. In case of damage, broken parts, loss or theft, we are confident we'll find a agreement on the amount to reimburse to baby'tems (in any case, it cannot exceed value of new baby item).

Baby equipment rental: promo codes and discount

I have a promo code, what are the applicable condition?

Except if clearly stated, all our promo codes are applicable on baby equipment rentals only, exclusive of delivery and collection fees. 

Some promo codes do apply to specific dates only and/or under certain conditions. If so, these are detailled on the website they are created specifically for and/or on this page. Our special offers are valid for a minimum rental amount of 30€. 

Promo codes don't apply to products we sell.
