This was a great service! We were staying in Paris with our 10 month old for 2 weeks and rented a high chair. I don't know what we would have done without it! They dropped it off and picked it up right on time, it was in great condition and was very clean. We brought our pack n play but I would also rent a crib if I were to visit again.

The service was a lifesaver! First, The stroller was at my hotel by the time I checked in. Second, you would not have known another baby had used the stroller before given how clean it was! In addition, the stroller was sturdy enough to go over all sorts of terrain in Paris. Next, I also appreciated all of Camille's help and the list of changing tables throughout Paris was incredibly handy. Finally, the rain cover allowed us to keep moving and keep our baby dry through a week filled with rain. Thank you so much!

I booked a crib online almost two months in advance and got a confirmation almost immediately. I didn't have a chance to follow up before our travel, and I was a bit nervous about not having a local phone number (just my mobile from the US), but the crib was delivered and picked up on time and on both occasions the owner (?) called me to let me know that they were at the door. The crib even came with a small booklet with a map of family-friendly restaurants, bars, and baby shops in Paris, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this service!

I heard of the Babytems webpage when my husband and I had learned we were going to live in Paris for almost 3 weeks due to his work. I quickly did my research and found some blogs from mothers who have travelled with their toddlers in Paris and they had some suggestions. They suggested renting a baby crib instead of bringing one. We didn’t even realize that this was an option! The idea of lugging two giant suitcases, carry-ons, a stroller, toddler AND a pack-n-play that weighed a ton was overwhelming.
To be honest, I was not certain as to what to expect. I am an anxious mother…were the items really going to be delivered as promised? Were the items going to be clean? Would I have to bring my own sheets? If provided, would I have to launder the sheets myself? Was my finicky toddler going to be comfortable? Would this cost us a fortune?
I went on to book and decided on the Chicco Goodnight cot. I entered my credit card information and threw caution to the wind. I heard from Camille Spanjaard from the company almost immediately, which made me happy. She recommended an additional mattress with the cot, and I was uncertain as to whether I should get one but eventually did (and glad I did).
We had no working phone while in Paris and only had email to communicate. I made arrangements with Camille in advance. We arrived to our apartment in Paris after over 12 hours of travelling (with a toddler), exhausted and starving! I emailed her when we got settled in. I had no idea how to get into our building or work the buzzer to let Camille in. She took the stress away! She was on time (if not early) and figured out how to get to our apartment. She walked up 4 flights of steps and personally delivered the cot, the extra mattress, the sheets, and the instructions. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful.
As soon as she left, I set the cot up with ease and made the bed up. Everything was clean and in great condition. Before long my toddler was fast asleep in his crib and was “at home” the entire time.
When the time came to pick up the cot, Darine came to pick it up. I was having difficulty folding it up (user error), but she had no issue to pack it up for me and haul it away with a smile.
With the cost of it all and the amount of time that we rented it, it came out to be approximately $5 per day for rental…not bad! Plus, it was way better than the pack n’play that we own at home! We did not have to launder the sheets when we returned them either.
Should I return to Paris while my son is still young, I would definitely rent again from this company! It’s not easy living in a foreign country with a toddler and if you can have some basic comforts of home to make the process easier, then go for it!

I was going to find a place where I could buy a baby bed in case I needed it during my stay in Paris. Then I stumbled over BabyTem's homepage the night before I had to leave and send an e-mail. I got an e-mail back early in the morning and arrangement were made so I got the rented items the evening. I ended up renting a babybed, changing table, bathtub, toys, stroller and footstep - the service was just excellent, the equipment in great shape and including all necessary accessories and it made our stay so much better that we had equipment for our daughter. I had a wonderful experience with Baby'Tems. Camille was lovely to work with- she is very responsive to emails and is extremely flexible and reasonable. We rented the Cyber Onyx stroller for a week. Renting a functional and well built but lightweight stroller was so convenient instead of lugging ours through the airport. Tip for parents: renting the fully reclining stroller is nice for naps while walking around Paris and makes diaper changes on the go so easy! It also comes with a rain cover and an awesome canopy. I would recommend Camille to any family traveling to Paris, and we'll definitely be using her services again for our next visit. What a great idea Baby'tems is! And fantastically delivered in a professional way with super friendly service!

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Paris with our baby boy, our second trip away with him. Our frist trip had involved a long trip on a train with many many many bags and we were keen to minimise our luggage on this trip. I therefore read about baby'tems and decided to try their service. I was able to select all of the bulky items we'd normally need (e.g. pushchair, bath seat, steriliser) plus a bucket of toys (great idea!!) and have them delivered to my hotel and awaiting our arrival in Paris. All of the equipment was clean and in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Our son particularly enjoyed the toys and slept well in the pushchair!

We used the equipment throughout our stay, without issue, and, on the day we left, we left the items with hotel reception for collection by the courier later that day - very easy and stress free!

So - we, and our son, had a fantastic time in Paris, with minimal luggage stress, thanks to Baby'tems! I'd highly recommend the service to anyone visiting anywhere in France!

It was a great help in orienting ourselves with resources for families traveling in Paris. I would recommend Baby'Tems to any parent traveling with young kids.

I used Baby'tems recently on a trip to Paris. We arrived in the mid afternoon on Christmas Eve; Camille kindly delivered the crib and high chair I would need for the week for my 14 month old son despite the fact that it was the start of the holiday. The items were clean, worked well and set up was easy. Throughout the stay there were no issues with the items. At the end of our stay pickup was equally easy and prompt.

Camille was very attentive via email during the ordering process and answering my questions. She sent several emails updating me thoroughly throughout the process related to deposits etc. overall I was very pleased with the service and items rented and will surely use this service again the next time I'm in France with my baby.
