I had a friend visiting me in Paris from Canada with her 8 month old baby daughter and it was wonderful to have such a simple, cost effective and friendly way to get the help we needed. The rented items were clean and allowed my friend to travel much lighter with the ease of being able to maintain her routine, which as most know, is so important when dealing with times zones, long haul travel and new homes. Camille was very quick to respond, kind, helpful and our overall experience was great. Next time I will order even more accessories!!

Baby'tems was extremely easy to work with and so helpful! They actually came and delivered the items to my mother, before my arrival, and even agreed to come in the very early morning to collect the items so that I could "check out" on time. They were very flexible, the items were in perfect condition, and Baby'tems kept us informed of all steps of the process, including an email indicating that the items were retrieved in good condition. We received our deposit reimbursement very quickly, and were overall very happy with the service Baby'tems provided. We will recommend you to all of our friends!!

I would highly recommend the services offered by Baby'tems. We recently rented a car seat and base for a week travelling through France. Camille delivered and picked-up the car seat from our apartment as scheduled and was a pleasure to deal with. This was our first trip with our 8 month old and we learned that the additional baggage required to travel with a little one is a nuisance. Renting quality equipment like this is a great option.

Our stay in Paris was so much easier thanks to this service! I wish all countries had something similar. I was flying from Spain to Paris for a few days and it was so convenient to be able to rent the cot instead of taking it in the plane. In addition to that, I have to say that we did not have much availability for the delivery and pick up of the cot, and Camille was just so flexible and kind that made it very easy for us. Both the service and the rented cot were just perfect!

The equipment was clean and in excellent condition and so was the service. I initially ordered stroller and a cot, once we got to the apartment, they had a cot so i emailed babytems to see if we could cancel the reservation on the cot without much notice. Camille was accomodating and we were able to rent only the stroller. She was on time to deliver and pick up the equipment. The stroller was very handy to walk everywhere in paris. Overall excellent service.

Babytems provided a wonderful service for my wife and I while we visited Paris in June 2011. They were very friendly and professional, and they processed all payments and refunds quickly, which was very appreciated. We were staying with friends in the city, and Babytems made all of the arrangements with them to set up the delivery and pickup of our rented item. We arrived on a holiday in France and Babytems made arrangements to have the travel cot delivered a few days earlier, at no extra cost to us, so that our baby could have a place to sleep when we arrived. The service was outstanding and my wife and I would gladly recommend Babytems to anyone visiting France.
